For patients struggling to find bipolar disorder treatment, the road ahead can often seem disorienting and disheartening. The “moving forward” unbranded campaign showed a positive and direct approach, while retaining an empathetic tone. An uplifting message, sound, and visual helped create a sense of hope in the patients mind. Patients felt connected to the campaign. The response rates exceeded all expectations. The TV spot was aired on U.S. national prime time and the campaign received a bronze award at the National DTC Awards.
