Volkswagen and Away.com hosted four test drive contests, the prize being a weekend away driving a Volkswagen of the winner’s choice. The brief was to create an eye-catching promotion that generated leads related to the contest sign up. The challenge was how to make the ad effective while retaining both Volkswagens and Away.com’s brands. The promotion was awarded a Citation of Excellence at the ADDY awards.
